For those of you who may be new to the site or wondering exactly a Clinic is here you go. The Zins-Moody Advanced Bulls-eye Clinic is taught by me, Zins, and the gentlemen I credit with having a huge impact on my succes and molding my shooting skills as a young Marine, Andy Moody MSGt, USMC (ret.) It is a two day class, 16 hours, with in depth class room instruction and plenty of dry fire and live fire drills with group and one on one instruction to help better understand how to improve your scores on the line.
If you are interested in attending a Clinic, please post your current location and how far you are willing to travel. If you are interested in hosting a Clinic, please post the location of the club where the Clinic will take place and the time frame you are considering to host a Clinic or simply shoot me an email. Remember, I DO NOT set up the Clinic, rather, an individual at a local club sets up the Clinic and, together, we can finalize the remaining necessary arrangements.
Brian,
I am in the Raleigh, NC area and would be interested in attending a clinic. I would be willing to travel up to about a full day’s drive each way to one. Would prefer a location where my carry permit is honored so that I will not have a problem with having a firearm, ie. not NY, NJ.

The Connecticut New London County Pistol League is sponsoring a Zins/Moody Clinic August 27-28, 2011. The Clinic will be at the Niantic Sportsman’s Club in Niantic, Ct.

Thereafter, first come first serve. If you are interested I can forward additional registration information. Steven.Wheeler0125@sbcglobal.net
I am also from the Albany NY area and would like to be involved in setting up a clinic. What are the range requirements for the clinic?
I live in northern IL and would gladly attend a clinic. I need all the help I can find to get moving forward in bullseye. The one planned for Milwaukee WI would be ideal.
Chris
clinic would be awesome! boardman ohio, ready to travel about anywhere.
Hi Brian,
I’m a Marine, and would love to attend a clinic.
If I fail to hit the target, would you help a brother Marine out and still give me a pass?
Semper Fi !
PS. Say hi to George for me.
There is gonna be a clinic at the Canton McKinley Club in Canton, Memorial Day weekend.

Am located in NW Ohio near Camp Perry and looking for a clinic within 200 miles. Great tips on your website! I’m wondering if the Oak Harbor Conservation Club with its indoor 50 yd and 25 yd ranges would be a workable venue i.e. lots of bullseye shooters in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana would be within easy distance. Regards, John
Here in lies the prblem with that. The NRA range would lose money for the weekend because we would want to teach people how to shoot better in a NRA Sanctioned shooting sport and they would never have it. They only close the range or things like IPSC, USPSA, IDPA and things that are not NRA sports. If you can make it happen I will gladly come do a class there.
How about a clinic at the NRA range at NRA headquarters in Fairfax Virginia. We could likely get 20 people just from the bullseye league that shoots there.
Brian: I am a retired 65 year old golf pro who took up bullseye pistol shooting about 10 years ago and would very much like to attend one of your clinics. I live in south central Pennsylvania and would be willing to travel up to 200 miles to attend. I feel I should have improved more than I have and would like some professional instruction to help me improve. Please notify me of any clinics in our around the Pennsylvania area.

List,
We are conducting a feasibility study for a Moody / Zins Bullseye clinic in Lakeland, FL. Our club is situated about one hour drive from Orlando International Airport /Disney and other attractions (Sea World, Universal etc). We are also just one hour drive from Tampa if you are coming from that direction. We are currently looking at late May, early June for this clinic. There will be a total of 20 slots for two day classroom and range instruction at $250 and 10 slots for one day classroom only instruction at $125.
There should be plenty of flights into either Orlando (preferable) or Tampa, many hotels nearby. Please let me know if you will be interested or have any questions via e-mail at usmcmba@earthlink.net or 863-430-1364, thank you.
David

Brian:
I would like to attend a pistol clinic if you ever get out to sunny (most of the time) CA. I would travel to Arizona or any western state. I am a member of the Ojai Valley Gun Club in Ojai, CA. We have an awesome range and can host it there if you ever wish to see our beautiful beaches. I will travel pretty far also.
If there is an indoor range that is willing to host us I will be glad to help someone set up a clinic there. Perhaps a clinic a the NRA Range one weekend.
I live in the northern VA area, so any clinic in central or Northern Virginia, or southern MD area would be great. (Manassas would be idea -as its the location where they have Bullseye matches, and I suspect attendance would be great)
Located in the Boston area and would be willing to travel 200 miles or so.
I live in St. Louis Mo I will travel 200 miles for a clinic.
Thanks
I am located in St. Petersburg, Florida and would be willing to travel about 200 miles to a clinic.
Bruce,
Just bring some note taking material. Your .22 and a few hundred rounds at least. You bring your CF or .45 or Service Pistol also, should be a chance to get to shoot it on Sunday some. As far as getting ready just come with an open mind and be ready to learn how I was taught.
I’ve signed up for the September 11-12, 2010 Clinic at Southport Gun Club at Kenosha, WI. What are the recommended study materials and training to get ready?
I am located in northeastern Illinois and would like to attend a Clinic within about a 200 mile radius.
Ladies and Gentleman,
After lots of e-mails with Brian, and help from my good friend Tony Brong, I
am pleased to announce that there will be a bullseye clinic at the
Harrisburg Hunters and Anglers Club on August 14th and 15th. Brian Zins and
Andy Moody will once again be offering their advice, expertise, and I’m sure
entertainment for 20 lucky individuals.
This two day bullseye shooting clinic has always garnered rave reviews from
it’s attendees, and I’m sure this one will be no different. You will learn
techniques for proper stance, breathing, grip, sight alignment and trigger
control. Brian’s grip and method of using trigger pressure to obtain sight
alignment is very different, but most attendees agree it’s the way to go!
The instructors will provide instruction as a group and individually.
There are only 20 positions available for this clinic, and I have
reservations for almost half of those positions already. The cost is $240
for the clinic, and includes the clinic, a light lunch fare for both days,
and a shirt for all attendees.
Payment must accompany your reservation. The reservation is transferrable
if you are unable to attend, but it is not refundable unless we have a
cancellation by the instructors.
Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. After the list is
full, we will accept names for a standby basis in case someone cannot attend
and want to offer you their slot.
I am looking forward to the clinic, and meeting and shooting with my fellow
bullseye competitors. For a reservation form or more info., please e-mail
me offlist at bruce@wealthkare.com.
This should help you pry some of those hidden X’s out of your gun!
Respectfully,
Bruce Smith
May have something coming up in the St Paul/Minneapolis area after Nationals as well. Will keep ya posted.
