Now I am compassionate as the next person and I believe that there needs to be some reform in health care, but NOT by taking one tax payer dime to subsidize someone else. Especially illegal aliens. If the bill is so great then why the hell are they buying votes and why is written in that the congress shall be exempt from their own bill. Hello 28th Amendment! If ya don’t know what it is read it. Perhaps some of you watched the interview live, but for some reason I think to read it really strikes home a little more at how what a crock this administration really is and this is the biggest power grab that they could come up with. If they really truly cared about the American people perhaps they would stop voting themselves a pay raise and eliminate the federal income tax, start deporting illegal that are draining our economy and a huge cause of the cost of medical care, since we know they never pay for anything and the cost gets transferred to those of us that have insurance and don’t have insurance but do have the moral fortitude know right from wrong and pay our hospital bills, even if it takes time to do so. Or god forbid give businesses an incentive to bring jobs back to the US and stop going after the people in this country that hire people just because they believe in spreading OUR wealth around. Look at the finances of these DC Elite and tell me when they are gonna start spreading a little of their wealth around.
Need to work now, millions of free-loaders are depending on me to get paid and pay my taxes so they can buy a better cell phone than the one I have or maybe push out another kid that they will never take responsibility for.
Sounds like a good 28th amendment. Trouble is, it’s still in the proposed stage. Hasn’t even been presented in congress yet. IIRC, it was one of the main ten points on the Contract With America from 1994. That always makes the libs happy.

You still look younger than me sniz. I share your frustration with this corrupt political system. I grew up being held accountable for all my actions and now that I am labeled as a good hardworking american, I am the one that gets traffic tickets not the the ones on welfare, who get off with warnings. I get held to a higher standard than the lower income people. I have produced one child and thats all I could afford and you have people making a living by having children and we are paying for it. Is there anything wrong with this picture? Seattle WA just passed something that says you can have marijiuanna (spelling?) and get caught having possesion, but do not have to fight it in court and I also believe there is no fine. Where the hell are we going?

Wow. I’m really glad someone has to balls to tell things exactly as they are. It’s pretty stupid that my generation (young college kids) were the ones who got Obama elected because they wanted to “witness history being made.” Well, they got it. They will witness some of the darkest moments in American history because of their lack of common sense and knowledge about the basic fundamental rights that have held America high above all other countries.
